No of Visitor Moorings: Two. Use of other moorings may be possible, please ask. The buoys are marked WM 1 and EM 1 and the pick-up chain have a visitor buoy attached. Use of chain in addition to mooring ropes is recommended in event of strong winds.
Mooring type: Swinging – all tide
Restrictions: Vessels up to 13m LOA and 13t.
Depth: at MLWS: 3m. Recommended maximum draft is 2.0m
Costs: £18.00 per night. For stays longer than 7 nights please ask.
Notes: Payments are collected direct by Aaron and NOT through the Central RNSA online system.
All vessels using the RNSA Portland moorings must have at least £3m Public Liability Insurance. This is a requirement of the Portland Harbour Authority.

Moorings are seasonal 1 April to 31 October only
Please book a mooring in advance
Please wear Club burgee whilst on the mooring
